Comic-Con: a day for nerds

From comic book fans to trekkies, every year all over the world there is a place for someone to dress up as their favourite TV character or super hero and not look out of place. it happens all around the world in several different countries, each one consists of endless stalls of merchandise, all kinds of signing, TV and Film panels, cosplay competitions even tattoo shops. I went in 2013 and then went the next year just because it was that awesome.

The gates of geek heaven
This was the first Comic con I had ever been to, the experience itself was phenomenal and there was so much to look at and me my friends found so much awesome stuff it was too good to be true.

Large and small stalls of comic books which brought a tear to my eye.

So beautiful

A large group of predators patrolling the hall entrance.

Where's Arnold or Danny when you need them

High quality collectible swords from various franchises that looked boss.

Expensive but deadly

Me and my friends found R2-D2 and gave him a hug, he's been through a lot you know.

Better than an iPhone

And then I went and found Catwoman heh heh

That grin

As much as I loved my first comic con experience, me and my friends really regretted not going in costume so planned to cosplay the next and so I did and it made my second time that more epic. So how do you make a one time experience more awesome? Simple you dress as everybody's favourite post apocalyptic anti-hero, Snake Plissken.

I think I got photo bombed

And just like last year we found as much stuff as possible and got picture with everything and everyone we could find. and the first thing discovered was that you don't mess with the law or you'll meet Judge Dredd.

That hurt... like a lot

My good friend Scarecrow finally took the fight to Batman.

I could have helped him but instead I took a picture

Me getting into character with a group of deadpool's

They're multiplying i think

I even got on to the Attack on Titan hype train.

For the survey core
And of course I met these lovely ladies

All in all I can personally say that going to comic-con has been one of the best moments of my life and being surrounded by so many people that enjoy the same things as you really make you apart of something and thought it would be nice to share this and hope that other will have a similar experience that Ive had, so role on Comic-con 2015.
